Julie started her interior design career as a visual merchandiser in the retail industry and as a residential interior designer. In recent years, Julie has focused on commercial projects including senior living, restaurants, medical and office spaces. She is committed to sustainable design solutions and practices in her projects and their enhanced environmental and economic impact.
Julie is also an artist whose portfolio includes acrylic on canvas paintings and 3D sculptures. She uses the integration of freely expressing color and form in conjunction with interior design principles; color, visual balance, focal point, the rhythm of movement, scale, proportion and details. It gives her great pleasure to create original art for her clients and positively impact their spaces.

With over twenty five years of success in architectural and environmental design, site planning, construction and development in South Florida and Latin America, Abraham has gained extensive experience in sustainable hospitality and multi-family projects. He has been responsible for taking projects from conceptual planning and design through design development, land entitlement process, financing, construction, economic stabilization and disposition of major projects. He has worked on a wide variety of project scopes, from small-scale domestic commercial and residential properties to large-scale mixed-use developments. He combines superior project management skills and a keen eye for creativity.
His experience and knowledge of the design and construction industry serves as an excellent example of how one navigates successfully in the rapidly evolving field of sustainable architecture and environmental design. Fluent in English and Spanish he has the capacity to successfully interact and understand the needs of our national and international clients. Abraham also holds U.S. and International Patents in a variety of fields.
He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, The United Inventors Association of America, as well as a founding member of the Latin America Business Association, Founding Member of Sacred Grounds Foundation and the Founder of iHELPi.org, a nonprofit organization helping inventors worldwide.

Gregory Madsen attended North Dakota State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Greg has extensive experience in Architecture, Construction Administration, Planning and Business Development. He previously held positions as Director of Architecture and Senior Architect for two large national Design-Build companies. Specializing in business development, winning work, relationship building, client management, land planning, project design, governmental approval processes and implementation of the Design-Build construction method. He has a full and deep understanding of design and construction principles for Retail, Hotels, Residential, Office, Education, Warehouse and Laboratory product types.
Guillermo Molina Gomez

Guillermo started his architectural career in Colombia where he designed numerous multi-family, residential and commercial projects. He then moved to Costa Rica where he currently resides and has being actively involved in the architectural and construction fields for over 30 years. Guillermo has designed and managed the construction of many commercial, hospitality and multi- family projects. He is a member of the Concejo Professional de Ingenieros y Architectura de Cundinamara and an active member of the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Architectos de Costa Rica. Fluent in Spanish and English Mr. Molina is an integral part of Golden Spiral’s international team.

As a company that specializes in sustainability, her degree in Biological Science enables us to navigate the ever-changing arena of sustainable information and design practices.

John has 50+ years of experience in the design-build fields of Architecture and Construction in South Florida, the entire United States, and also abroad. As an architect, he has been involved in both residential and commercial projects. His residential experience includes: custom homes, condominium remodeling, residence remodeling and additions.
John has 10+ years architecture experience with healthcare and hospitals. His commercial experience also includes: car washes, restaurants, medical centers, shopping centers, resorts, industrial parks, banks, warehouses, marinas, religious buildings, and more. John’s level of involvement spans all stages of the architecture process from initial conceptual design to excellent, highly detailed working drawings ready for construction.
As a General Contractor, John has deep knowledge and experience in the construction field which includes administration, troubleshooting, estimating, remodeling, rebuilding, providing shell work and design-build. The project types range from custom residential to various commercial projects such as banks, senior living, warehouses, churches, schools and more.
Victor De La Rosa

Victor’s architecture career in South Florida has spanned 25+ years with experience as Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Plan Coordinator. He has worked with many renowned residential developers including Toll Brothers where he was responsible for the generation of construction documents as well as coordination of architectural plans with other professionals. He has worked closely with managers in the field to guarantee plan details were followed throughout the construction process. Victor has collaborated on both residential and commercial projects.
