Downtown Hotel
Our client was an owner of a property located in downtown Miami. Many offers were made to buy or develop the land.
Of particular interest was to utilize the property as a site for a hotel.
The major constraint for our client was the property size - 23,000 square feet to accommodate over a 100-room hotel.
Our role was to determine an appropriate hotel brand and design the hotel within the land size constraints and hotel brand parameters.
Multifamily Repositioning
Our client was in search of investment capital to reposition two existing multifamily buildings located in S. Florida.
The properties were in excellent locations but the buildings themselves were dated and in need of interior and exterior renovation.
Our role was to provide visual concepts of the properties to show the client and their lenders their design potential and value.
Business Office
Our client needed additional space to accommodate their staff expansion and to aesthetically update the existing interior as well convey their company branding to new and existing clients.
We expanded into an adjoining tenant space, utilized their logo as inspiration for the color palette, furnishing and finish selections.
Their logo was also incorporated into their new entry adding to their branding.
Medical Office
Our client is a prominent plastic surgeon in Miami and wanted our assistance in the design of his medical office.
He also is a talented and well-known sculptor.
Of importance for the project was to showcase his sculptures, utilize a subdued color palette but incorporate pops of color into the waiting area.
