We are committed to providing sustainable solutions to our design projects.
Our sustainable designs seek to reduce negative impacts on the environment, promote the health and comfort of building occupants and connect people with the natural environment.
Green Planned Community
We provided our client with a design concept for their property located in environmentally forward Costa Rica.
Our vision was to create a sustainable eco-village designed to improve environmental quality, address climate change, and reduce development impacts on natural resources.
Golf and Country Club
Our client recently acquired a country club community. A key initiative of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the property.
Our initial sustainable solutions include installing solar carports, LED tennis court lighting, and EV charging stations.
These improvements will lower their energy consumption and signal to the community that sustainability is important to the owner.
The Preserve at Rockledge
We are in the design process phase for creating an architectural concept for a development to be located on a natural preserve.
Our design intent is to bring the natural preserve exterior environment into the interior living spaces by adding open areas and vegetation to balconies, rooftop patios and common areas.

By designing for energy efficiency, low environmental impact, waste reduction, longevity and flexibility, and healthy environments; our projects contribute to the health and well-being of their occupants.
